The grades in detail:
Grade A1 - Excellent
These products come in an excellent cosmetic condition. From fully refurbished machines to unwanted returns, you can enjoy a device that looks like-new for an incredible price. Our expert engineers have checked and tested every product to ensure they're in exceptional working order.
Grade A2 - Good
These devices arrive with a minor cosmetic condition. They may display very light cosmetic marks like scratches or dents but are in full working order. All Grade A products are rigorously tested by our expert engineers.
Grade B - Average
These products are in an average cosmetic condition. They will have some noticible signs of wear and tear, including scratches and dents, but this does not affect how each device performs. These products have been thoroughly checked and tested by our expert engineers and are in full working order.
Grade C - Functional
The Product is functional but has some sort of physical damage. If you would like to see the products damage before ordering, please reach out on the chat and we can provide the images.
