Christmas Returns Policy

🎅 Extended Returns Window

To make your Christmas shopping stress-free, we’re extending our returns period for the festive season.

All orders placed between 1st November and 24th December are eligible for return until 9th January 2026.
Items must be unused, unopened in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or altered in any way is not eligible for return under our Christmas returns policy.
Returns outside this period will follow our standard 14-day returns policy.
Delivery charges are non-refundable on unwanted returns.

We understand gifts don’t always hit the mark!

You can return unwanted items purchased in the above period up until 9th January 2026.
Items must be returned in as-new condition with all original packaging and accessories. (Unopened and unused)
Headphones, earphones, and AirPods cannot be returned if opened, due to hygiene reasons.

If something isn’t working as expected, we’ll put it right.

Faults must be reported within 48 hours of receipt where possible.
Within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund or replacement for any faulty item.
After 30 days, we’ll help you through the manufacturer’s warranty process as outlined in our standard returns policy.

We take care when shipping, but sometimes accidents happen.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please note this on the carrier’s delivery record.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
We’ll handle the collection and replacement at no additional cost.

Visit our Returns Portal to start your request.
Include your order number, item details, reason for return, and (for electronics) any serial numbers if applicable.
We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a prepaid label if applicable.

This extended policy applies only to purchases made between 1st November and 24th December.
Orders placed outside this period will fall under our standard 14-day returns window.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
