When a covered accident occurs, Dell repairs or replaces the system using genuine Dell parts, helping you avoid unplanned expenses and keep users productive in classrooms, offices and on the go. It’s a smart way to add real world protection for devices in high risk or highly mobile environments, on top of your existing hardware warranty. While Accidental Damage Service is designed for qualified accidental events only. It does not cover theft or loss, and excludes damage caused by fire, flood, other acts of nature, or intentional or cosmetic damage. Coverage typically includes up to one qualified incident per contract year, with no carry over of unused incidents, and customers may be required to return the damaged unit to Dell as part of the repair or replacement process. Availability, terms and conditions vary by country, product and customer type (consumer vs. commercial), and on some offers Accidental Damage is only available when purchased with specific support levels (for example, included with ProSupport Plus for eligible PCs.
