This 4 year warranty for Notebooks (exc. Gaming Notebooks) & Chromebooks operates via a 'carry-in' service, meaning that you return your device to Acer for servicing as you would during the standard 1 year warranty


Battery Capacity Guarantee
If your battery's capacity drops below 60%* within the 4-year warranty period, follow the standard warranty claim process and the battery will be replaced free of charge


Care Plus Quality
Whichever Acer Care Plus warranty service you choose, you can rest assured that your device is being serviced to the highest possible standard

Any repairs will be made by fully certified technicians, using official Acer parts
