The Power Delivery allows your device to be charged at a quick rate. The 3.5mm socket is used for audio output only.

PLEASE NOTE: This audio adapter will not work with phones/tablets etc that have a 3.5mm port as the phones cannot detect USB C adapter and defaults to speaker.
