The relay is designed to automate the control of lighting or electrical devices up to 2500 watts.
A feature of a relay connected to the neutral wire is that there is no minimum load necessary for its operation. This feature makes this relay an ideal tool for creating smart outlets. Simply place the relay in the socket of a regular outlet and plug it in according to the instructions. This will add the ability to remotely control connected electrical devices.
The relay can be used in conjunction with a regular switch, adding"smart switch" functionality to the switch.
